As a Real Estate Broker I'm a Negotiator, Confidant & sometimes Counselor. The real estate business can be very complicated and risky without the right professional advice & guidance. 

As a Broker Associate of The Exception Realty, my team and I are committed to offering a superior alternative to the traditional real estate model.

I use my negotiation & communications skills along with technology and a proven, documented approach to maximize profit for my sellers and negotiate the best price and terms for my clients.

Maximizing profits or getting the best deal is about so much more than making or saving money. It makes all the difference in getting into your target neighborhood for better schools, affording elder care for loved ones, paying for college education, being able to save adequately for retirement, affording vacations & quality family time and so much more.
