Being born and raised in the Sacramento area and as a current resident of Roseville, Karina is intimately familiar with the Sacramento and Placer County areas.
Karina graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2019 with her bachelor’s degree in journalism and a minor in political science. In college, Karina directed a powerful documentary, “Más Que Pan,” about a Guatemalan baker. The document won “Best Documentary” at the Reynolds School of Journalism Documentary Film Festival and “Best Student Film” at the Cordillera International Film Festival. Karina was also a 2020 Gracie Award winner for a radio feature she reported as an intern for a local radio station.
Karina joined Andrea Florez’s real estate team in 2019 as a part-time administrative marketing assistant. She eventually became interested in pursuing real estate and helping others attain ownership. Her work ethic is defined by her desire to complete her tasks efficiently. Karina’s excellent communication and close attention to detail make her a reliable partner to assist with your real estate needs.
